The Role As State Manager, you will be leading and working as part of a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team. Working in partnership and with full support from our national management team, you will embrace this unique opportunity to expand our successful Darwin operations. This is a full-time role. The purpose of the role is to: Manage our People - our people are at the heart of our business! This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding team. Oversee the team’s day-to-day delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery. Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement. Working with the wider national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan. Act as lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
